Jamie Meilach
Hi- I’m Jamie!
I am a show jumper and dressage rider from Canada with an honour’s degree in equine management and 12 years’ coaching experience. I believe in placing equine welfare at the forefront of all my interactions with my horses and aim to pass those values along to each of my students as well!
My equine background inlcudes a bit of everything- from international dressage competitions in the USA to developing trekking horses in the Canadian Rockies. Using this varied background, I am able to help my riders realize their individual goals, and find what works best for each horse I develop.
Along with Katie, I offer lessons and training here in Ardlussa and show coaching.

Hi-I’m Katie!
I am a local Kiwi equine enthusiast with 10 years’ coaching experience and 15 years’ experience producing, training and selling horses. I have a strong passion for equine science based training and producing my own young horses from the ground up.
I teach engaging, productive lessons to start new riders with an excellent foundation, and more challenging lessons for young riders with competitive goals and ambitions.
Alongside Jamie, I offer beginner through to intermediate level riding lessons and training, as well as groundwork lessons and equine problem solving for current horse owners.
